Desserts, toothsome and tasty
Cut 2 bananas into small round pieces. Heat up a Tawa and grease it with some butter. Arrange the banana pieces in hot tawa allowing equal distance between them. Allow it to fry in slow flame. Turn both sides. Sprinkle some sugar on the roasted bananas and allow it to form a caramel coating. Remove it from fire and sprinkle a pinch of cardomom powder and cinnamon powder. Care should be taken to roast the bananas as it will burn if the flame is high. If you dont like sugar caramel just roast the bananas and remove it from fire. Add a teaspoon of honey over it with cardomom and cinnamon powder. This tastes as good as pazham pori. But with no oil. For the pazham pori recipe click here.
